Microsoft has remediated an issue with users unable to login to NMC using EntraID SSO authentication.
Note that this is only login failure to NMC and users who do not use this method are not impacted and also Dragon Medical One is fully operational.

A fix has been implemented region wise and we are monitoring. US & CA NMC customers should be able to login to NMC with Entra ID. The other regions are being worked on and we will update accordingly.
